Antico & Partners was founded in 2008, in Bucharest, by the lawyers Mario Antico and Oana Antico, after a series of international professional experiences. From the very beginning the firm has focused its activity on assisting Italian and international entrepreneurs in the internationalization of their companies abroad and in various aspects of international commercial and tax law.
In 2012, the firm expanded its presence by opening a new office in Arad, which allowed it to broaden its legal service offerings. This expansion included strengthening expertise in tax law, insolvency proceedings, and public procurement. The strategic growth reflected the firm’s commitment to addressing a wider array of legal and commercial challenges faced by its clients.
Since 2013, Antico & Partners has built a solid reputation for supporting leading Italian companies operating across Romania in key sectors such as Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Human Resources, and Civil and Energy Infrastructure. To better serve its growing client base, the firm also established a new office in Brasov, enabling it to provide comprehensive legal and business advisory services across the country.
