Andra Elena Giurea is a graduate of the Faculty of Geography and Geology, specializing in Geochemistry, at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, class of 2009.

She completed Payroll Inspector and Labor Legislation courses in 2017, as well as an Expert in Labor Legislation course in 2023, both accredited by the Ministry of Labor, Social Justice, and the Ministry of National Education, obtaining nationally and internationally recognized certificates.
