Rozana Cozma is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in Tax Law and a master’s degree in European Union Law from the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012.

Rozana joined the litigation department of Antico & Partners in 2017. Her core competencies include tax and administrative law litigation, commercial and civil law litigation, and insolvency procedures. Over the years, she has developed an in-depth understanding of client needs and business interests, enabling her to provide specialized legal advice on sensitive and complex matters.

Prior to joining Antico & Partners, she was part of the litigation team at another reputable local law firm, gaining valuable experience in tax, civil, administrative, and commercial disputes.
