As a senior litigator, Diana Popa has extensive experience in civil, family, aviation, and administrative litigation. Prior to joining Antico & Partners team, she handled cases involving labor law, consumer rights, aviation, medical malpractice, and family law, as well as enforcement and insolvency procedures.

Diana has represented both Romanian and foreign clients before Romanian courts and authorities, consistently striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in law (2008) and a master’s degree in EU Law (2009) from the University of Timisoara. A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018, Diana is fluent in Romanian, English, and Italian.
