With significant experience in Banking and Corporate Law, enforcement of banking guarantees within foreclosure proceedings and insolvency, Iulian’s expertise extends also to labor disputes and discrimination litigations.

Over the years, he has developed an in-depth understanding of client needs and business interests, enabling him to provide specialized legal advice on sensitive and complex matters.

Prior to joining Antico & Partners, he was part of the litigation team at several banking institutions, gaining valuable experience as a litigator, specializing in civil, labor and criminal disputes.

With a bachelor’s degree in law from the University “1 Decembrie 1918” Alba Iulia and a master’s degree in conflict mediation from the Nicolae Titulescu University, Iulian is fluent in Italian, English and French.
