The case involved a group of companies and individuals who, by establishing firms with similar names, transferred clients and know-how from our client’s portfolio—a company with Italian investors operating internationally and on the local market-severely impacting the affected company’s business and revenue.

This act of unfair competition had significant consequences, as the newly created companies managed to generate profits amounting to tens of millions of euros. After a decade of litigation, the efforts of Antico & Partners’ legal team and the meticulous work of the courts involved led to a rule that restores order and protects the rights of the aggrieved company.
