Monica Gabriela Scarlat

Graduated in Law from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy in Bucharest in 1999, joined the Bucharest Bar as a lawyer in 2000. Monica joined the ANTICO & ASSOCIATII SPRL team starting in September 2022, with 22 years of experience, trained mainly as a lawyer pleading in complex cases of civil law, commercial law, family law, labor law, ensuring the representation of various commercial companies, authorities local public bodies, public institutions as well as natural persons before Romanian courts, in all levels of jurisdiction.

 Before joining the ANTICO & ASSOCIATII SPRL team, Monica was part of the legal teams of two leading law firms on the Romanian market from the beginning of her career. She carries out her professional activity with commitment and dedication, paying close attention to each individual case, attentive to details, being a creative person, with a positive work attitude, a very good communicator.

 She was constantly concerned with professional development, in which sense she completed a Master's in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Master's in Banking Law, being also a graduate of the Human Toolkit Mediator Training Course Bucharest. At the same time, he graduated from the Doctoral School at Babeș Bolyai University, Faculty of Environmental Science; He is a member on the list of arbitrators of the Commercial Arbitration Court near the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tg. Mures; Former Member of the Legal Commission within the Rotary International Association District 2241 Romania and the Republic of Moldova. During the 2014-2015 academic year, he held seminars on "Environmental Legislation and Policy" at the Faculty of Environmental Science at the Babeș Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca. Last but not least, she is the author of several specialized articles, published in Specialty Magazines but also in numerous other publications addressed to the general public.

 He speaks fluent Italian and English.
