Simona Nicolae graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2019 and she has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since April 2023. She is also a graduate of the master's program in Business Law at the same University.

Simona joined the Antico si Asociatii consulting team and currently carries out representation and assistance activities for clients of Italian nationality, in the field of banking law, corporate law, as well as labor law.

She speaks English fluently and knows Italian at an intermediate level.
