With significant experience in arbitration procedures, enforcement of banking guarantees within foreclosure proceedings, and insolvency, including cross-border insolvency matters, Andreea’s expertise extends to business law, covering mergers, the transfer of business branches, lease procedures for business assets, and corporate law, including all aspects of corporate amendments before the Trade Registry, along with the preparation of required documentation.

Before joining our team, she successfully represented Romanian and international clients in various litigation and arbitration proceedings. Andreea has extensive experience in providing legal assistance in insolvency cases, enforcement procedures, and commercial law matters, ensuring effective legal solutions.

With a bachelor’s degree in law from the University “Nicolae Titulescu” Craiova and a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Bucharest, she has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2009 and is fluent in English and Italian.
