Graduating from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Iulia Kocsis has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013. She also holds a master’s degree in criminal sciences and forensic science obtained from the same faculty.

Before joining Antico & Partners, Iulia worked as a consultant lawyer, her experience included assisting in transactions and providing advice to a broad portfolio of clients, primarily consisting of companies operating in the following sectors: construction, real estate, banking, and commerce. She also worked as a litigator, specializing in civil, commercial, and criminal disputes.

In her role at Antico & Partners, Iulia has assisted and represented Italian clients in corporate law transactions and procedures, conducted due diligence activities for clients’ transactions, and provided legal assistance in labor law matters (drafting employment contracts, assisting with labor disputes, consulting temporary employment agencies). Additionally, Iulia has provided support to clients involved in criminal proceedings in Romania and has been involved in the law firm’s projects in the Republic of Moldova.
